Il tuo nome viene accostato spesso al suo, questo ti mette ansia oppure ti fa essere più sicuro di te in campo?
Lo considero un po esagerato perché Zlatan è unico…
Sicuramente è una soddisfazione però allo stesso tempo devo dimostrare di essere all’ altezza o comunque dimostrare che non mi hanno associato a lui per caso. Direi che però non mi trasmette ansia.
Negli ultimi due anni hai fatto vedere tantissimo: 71 reti nell’anno 2018/2019, 8 reti in 12 presenze con la Nazionale Italiana u16, la doppietta contro la Francia e un premio come miglior attaccante e capocannoniere con la nazionale nel torneo a Parigi, ma tu sapevi di saper fare tutto questo?
Ho sempre lavorato per arrivare a raggiungere degli obiettivi che mi ero prefissato e per togliermi delle belle soddisfazioni.
Il lavoro, la professionalità e la costanza mi hanno fatto raggiungere ciò che ho fatto in questi anni però non lo vedo come un traguardo ma come un punto di partenza.
Sono soddisfatto ma consapevole che dovrò lavorare sempre di più per poter arrivare in alto.
16 anni, interesse del Liverpool e contratto da professionista con il Vicenza, ma quanto lavoro c’è dietro? Immagino ci siano molti sacrifici.
Sono dell’ idea che nulla viene per caso.
I sacrifici sono stati tanti da parte mia e della mia famiglia ma oltre a questo c’è anche la fortuna di aver incontrato dei compagni e degli staff eccezionali.
Cosa si prova a segnare un gol con la maglia della Nazionale Italiana?
È qualcosa di indescrivibile lottare per la propria nazionalità è fantastico e il gol con la maglia azzurra dà una soddisfazione immensa.
Cosa ti hanno detto i tuoi compagni e la tua famiglia dopo la doppietta contro la Francia?
Mi hanno fatto i complimenti ma ero dispiaciuto per la sconfitta quindi non ho pensato più di tanto alla doppietta… stavamo già pensando a rifarci contro la Turchia ed è ciò che abbiamo fatto.
Com’è la tua vita a scuola ora che hai un contratto da professionista?
Non cambia nulla, può essere che farò delle assenze ma sono già abituato perché ero molto assente già in passato per le trasferte in nazionale.
Comunque la scuola mi sta aiutando programmando le interrogazioni in modo da potermi organizzare anche con il calcio
Com’è essere cresciuto e giocare tuttora nella squadra della tua città?
Semplicemente fantastico, ho i colori della mia maglia impressi nel mio cuore.
Quali sono i tuoi progetti per il futuro?
Realizzare i miei obiettivi, ce li ho impressi bene in mente, voglio tenermeli per me e focalizzare tutto su di essi in modo da farli avverare.
Chi é stato e chi è il tuo punto di riferimento nei momenti più difficili?
La mia famiglia e la mia ragazza mi sono sempre stati vicini ed è stato fondamentale per me.

I have always worked to reach the goals that I had set myself and to take away some great satisfactions.
The work, the professionalism and the constancy have made me achieve what I have done in these years, however I do not see it as a goal but as a starting point.
I am satisfied but aware that I will have to work harder to be able to reach the top.

I think that nothing comes by chance.
The sacrifices have been many from me and my family but besides this there is also the good fortune to have met exceptional companions and staff.
How does it feel to score a goal with the Italian national team?
It is something indescribable to fight for one’s nationality is fantastic and the goal with the blue shirt gives immense satisfaction.
What did your friends and your family say after your two goals against France?
They complimented me but I was sad about the defeat so I didn’t think much about the brace … we were already thinking about making up against Turkey and that’s what we did.
What is your school life now that you have a professional contract?
Nothing changes, it may be that I will make some absences but I’m already used to it because I was already very absent in the past for trips with the national team.
However the school is helping me by planning the questions so that I can organize myself with football.
What is it like being raised and still playing in your city team?
Simply fantastic, I have the colors of my shirt imprinted in my heart.
What are your plans for the future?
Realizing my goals, I have them imprinted on my mind, I want to keep them for myself and focus everything on them in order to make them come true.

My family and my girlfriend have always been close to me and it has been fundamental for me.
