Da dove nasce la tua passione?
“La mia passione nasce “casualmente”.
Ho scoperto questo mondo tramite un amico, provando e riprovando ho scoperto il mio talento e ho continuato a lavorare giorno dopo giorno per raggiungere tutti i miei obiettivi”
Quale esperienza lavorativa ti ha segnato di più?
“Non ho un esperienza ben precisa che mi ha segnato particolarmente, però posso dire che il mio carattere lavorativo molto autocritico mi ha portato a fare sempre meglio vedendo sempre qualcosa da perfezionare sia a livello lavorativo sia a livello gestionale della mia attività.“
Quando hai deciso di metterti in proprio e avviare Raw barbershop?
“Lavoravo in un salone da donne e avevo una poltrona , mi occupavo totalmente della parte maschile, dopo un anno avevo una mole di lavoro che mi permetteva di sostenere le spese di un attività.
Avevo le idee chiare su come avrei voluto costruire un qualcosa e mi sono buttato!”
Cosa c’è dietro alla perfezione dei tuoi tagli?
“Raramente definisco un mio taglio perfetto.
Sicuramente dietro un taglio c’è uno studio, influisce anche molto l’esperienza, senza dimenticare che il taglio di capelli è un’ arte e personalmente influisce molto anche lo stato d animo e le tempistiche a disposizione.”
Guardando i tuoi clienti penso sei il barbiere più invidiato d’italia (almeno), il tuo business è sempre andato a gonfie vele?
“Ho un team fantastico al quale devo tanto, tutti i ragazzi hanno sempre dato il massimo facendo avere sempre una crescita all’attività.”
Si è creato un legame particolare con qualcuno dei tuoi clienti?
“Diciamo che ho un ottimo rapporto con tutti.
Con alcuni in particolare è nata anche un’ amicizia che va al di fuori del lavoro!”
Quando fai un’acconciatura ad un personaggio pubblico e poi magari lo vedi sistemato in tv, cosa provi? Immagino sia soddisfacente!
“È una grande soddisfazione vedere un mio lavoro fatto su un personaggio pubblico che lo esibisce davanti a tantissime persone!
Come ad esempio quando ho tagliato i capelli a vari giocatori della Roma per la semifinale di Champions League, o magari ad artisti per il proprio video musicale.
Per me è una grande soddisfazione ed è quello che mi rende diverso, sono stato bravo a crearmi questa possibilità e piano piano cerco di migliorarmi, cercando di arrivare il più lontano possibile”
Luca chiede: Quale è stato il taglio di capelli più strano che ti è stato richiesto?
Quali sono i tuoi prossimi obiettivi?
“Tra un mese aprirò un secondo Raw barbershop a Roma, ma spero presto di aprire a MIlano! oppure, perché no, in America.”
Che consigli dai a chi vuole intraprendere questo mestiere?
“Consiglio a chi sente una passione per questo lavoro di provarci, perché se ti piace te ne accorgi subito.
è un lavoro che non pesa, secondo me è uno dei lavori più belli e creativi al mondo.
ci vuole tanta pazienza, perché i primi anni, quando non sei un professionista, la paga non è molto alta ed i lavori sono quelli del tutto fare,ma con il passare del tempo ti da molte soddisfazioni.”

Where does your passion come from?
“My passion is born “casually “.
I discovered this world through a friend, trying and trying again I discovered my talent and I continued to work day after day to achieve all my goals “
Which work experience has marked you most?
“I don’t have a precise experience that has marked me particularly. I can say that my very self-critical work character has led me to do better and better by always selling something to perfect. Both at the barber level and at the management level of my business.”
When did you decide to start your own business and start Raw barbershop?
“I worked in a women’s salon and I had a sit, I was menagere of the male part, after a year I had a lot of work that allowed me to bear the expenses of an activity.
I had clear ideas on how I wanted to build something!”
What’s behind the perfection of your cuts?
“I rarely define my perfect cut. Surely there is a study behind a cut, it also has a lot of experience, without forgetting that the haircut is an art and personally it also greatly influences the mood and timing available.”
Looking at your customers I think you are the most envied barber in Italy, has your business always been booming?
“I have a fantastic team to which I owe a lot, all the guys have always done their best by always having growth in the business.”
Has a particular bond been created with any of your customers?
“Let’s say I have an excellent relationship with everyone. With some in particular, a friendship that goes outside of work was born!”
When you do a hairstyle to a public figure and then maybe you see him settled on TV, what do you feel? I guess it’s satisfactory!
“It is a great satisfaction to see my work done on a public figure who exhibits it in front of many people!
Such as when I cut the hair of various Roma players for the Champions League semifinal, or maybe artists for their music video.
For me it is a great satisfaction and it is what makes me different, I was good at creating this possibility and slowly I try to improve myself, trying to get as far as possible “
Luca asks: What was the strangest hairstyle you were asked for?
What are your next goals?
“In a month I will open a second Raw barbershop in Rome, but I hope soon to open in Milan! Or, why not, in America.”
What advice do you give to those who want to take up this job?
“I advise anyone who feels a passion for this job to give it a try, because if you like it, you know it immediately. It is a job that does not weigh, in my opinion it is one of the most beautiful and creative works in the world.
it takes a lot of patience, because the first years, when you are not a professional, the wages are not very high and the jobs are completely done, but with the passage of time it gives you a lot of satisfaction. “
